Bluestar Applications has partnered with Buyers Intelligence Group (BIG) as a 3rd party administrator to help gather data related to item SKU, description, price, and stock status information. All sales and inventory information will becollected, however only the data you specifically authorize Bluestar Applications access to, i.e. item SKU, description, price, and stock status information, will be provided to Bluestar Applications. In order to facilitate the data collection,BIG will install software to export the data. All data is kept in strict confidence.
Retailer participation in The BIG Network™ is FREE. As a benefit for participating, retailers are entitled to receive an automatic Daily Sales Report from BIG’s inventory management system, Balance to Buy™.

BIG CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
The confidential information to be disclosed by Retailer under this Agreement (“Confidential Information”) includes any confidential and/or proprietary information or data that BIG receives from Retailer through BIG’s applet, specifically including: Point-of-Sale (POS) data that is tracked/recorded/collected by Retailer’s POS system, and POS system access information. BIG agrees to use reasonable efforts to prevent and protect the Confidential Information, or any part thereof, from disclosure to any person or entity not authorized by the disclosing party to receive such information other than BIG's employees, consultants, contractors, advisors or agents having a need for disclosure in connection with BIG's authorized use of the Confidential Information and who are under an obligation to keep the same confidential. This Agreement shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by BIG, its successors, and assigns; and Retailer, its successors and assigns. Confidential Information shall not be deemed proprietary and BIG shall have no obligation with respect to such information where the information: a) was known to BIG prior to receiving any of the Confidential Information from Retailer; b) has become publicly known through no wrongful act of BIG; c) was received by BIG without breach of this Agreement from a third party without restriction as to the use and disclosure of the information; d) was independently developed by BIG without use of the Confidential Information; or e) was ordered to be disclosed by a court of competent jurisdiction.
