Introducing the Jewelry Sales Academy™

We are very excited to introduce you to the Jewelry Sales Academy – a remarkable sales training and goal tracking system for any retail operation. Originally built by the owners of Sissy’s Log Cabin for training their own team members, the Jewelry Sales Academy program now boasts over 700 training videos covering everything from onboarding new associates to gemology to the customer experience. The training is organized into videos by topic with several short videos within each lesson. This makes the training easy to absorb and review as needed in the never-ending training process.

William Jones, the grandson of Sissy’s founder, has the passion and screen presence to transfer his knowledge of Sissy’s Log Cabin’s six-store regional powerhouse into a training program that every retail operation would benefit from. Having spent back to back tradeshows with William, watching him explain how easy this turnkey program is for jewelers large and small, multi or single store operations to implement, and the reactions that retailers had to it was truly inspiring. It’s a rare occurrence to see retailers view a program that’s so universally appreciated in such a short period of time.

This very brief overview can’t possibly do justice to the depth of the scope of this program and the impact that the Jewelry Sales Academy will have on your company. Nothing like the Jewelry Sales Academy training videos has ever been built for our industry. I was overwhelmed when William first showed me how many videos and topics they had already produced. My head was spinning with the potential that the Jewelry Sales Academy will have on our industry.
