Plexus 1 Tapclicks Agreement – November 1, 2021

Based on Plexus 1’s decision to utilize the Tapclicks platform for Marketing Benchmarking, BIG has agreed to enter into a contract with Tapclicks on behalf of group members. This agreement is to memorialize the commitment of BIG and each participating group members: Arthur’s, James & Sons, Jones Bros, Mountz, Pave, Perry’s, Springers, Thom Duma, Thomas Markle, Wedding Ring Shop and William’s. LaMaster’s not included.

Payments & Invoicing

Tapclicks charges their Set Up Fee of $2,500 and first month fee of $1,500 upon signing of the contract. BIG will pay all costs and invoice members accordingly. To reduce the administrative duty on BIG, it is requested that Plexus members pay the annual fee for the service up front of $1,870.

Set Up Fee: $2,500 11 members - $230 each

Monthly Service Fee: $1,500 11 members - $140 each

Annual Service Fee: $18,000 11 members - $1,640 each

Total Annual Fee: $20,500 11 members - $1,870 each

BIG will generate a separate invoice for the total annual fee and members can pay by check or with credit card on file. If monthly invoicing is requested, BIG will add a nominal service fee for handling.

Restrictions

Members agrees that they will not:

Share their Tapclicks login information with non-members.

Reproduce any of the Plexus 1 Group Benchmarking Data contained in the Tapclicks system and share it with non-members.

Membership Commitment

Members understand this is a 12-month financial commitment starting November 2021 to Tapclicks. If member status changes during that 12 months, the undersigned member agrees they are still liable for the remainder of the 12-month commitment to Tapclicks. BIG has a right to notify Tapclicks of any changes in Plexus 1 membership and may revoke access if deemed necessary.
