BTB Insider – Using the Chat Feature

Have you ever been using BTB and noticed something incorrect about your data (maybe it didn’t sync from the day before)? Or thought of a question that you want to ask immediately? With the Chat Feature in BTB, it’s super-efficient and easy! Your question/concern will get directed to the correct BIG Team Member and will be replied to promptly.

1. The Chat button is accessible from ANY report screen in BTB. It is located on the top-right corner of the screen. If you have a question or concern you would like to send, click on the Chat button.

2. A blue box will appear in the bottom left-hand side of your screen. There are 2 different options to sending a message – chat and email.

a. CHAT – when you click on the Chat Button at the top of the page, the window message that pops-up defaults to the Chat feature. From here, enter your name, email and message. Click Send Message and your message will be sent and directed to the correct BIG Team Member.

If a BIG Team Member is available to chat directly, the Send Message button will say Initiate Chat and you will be prompted to select which department your question is best related to. Enter your information, use the drop-down menu to select department, enter your message and click Initiate Chat.

BTB Administration – use for log-ins requests (new or existing), password retrievals

BTB Trainer/Consulting – use for any specific concern that your BTB Consultant can help answer/address

BTB Vendor Training – for Vendor use

Tech Support – use for any data issues

b. EMAIL – If you select the email button (highlighted below), the window message will change from a direct chat feature to sending an email. Enter your information and question/concern. Click on Submit and your message will be directed to the correct BIG Team Member and will be replied to as soon as possible.
