Convenience – 95% of our jewelry is made in the USA. With shorter delivery times, our customers find working with us much more convenient and efficient. Sturdy machine set die-struck bands, straight line bracelets, in-out hoops, studs-solitaires and even bridal sets, we make them all happen here – right under our nose! Above all – with a top-quality production team.
Communication – Team Vimco believes in making you, our customer, happy, not just making a sale. Our dedicated team believes that servicing the customer is everyone’s responsibility. Whether it is a quote, customization, confirmation of any order – small or large, our efficient team member is always ready to assist!
Consistency – Our direct sourcing, quality assurance and traditional technique of hand-matching stones for each piece ensures that our product will be consistent. I myself am very old school when it comes to quality and disclosures. Earning my GG degree in 1981 under the leadership of legendry Mr. Richard Liddicott, we grade stones for what they were and what they should be.
Finally, Commitment – Our business is built on trust. Many of our customers have been with us for years. BENEFITS OF THE BIG NETWORK
Through retailer participation in The BIG Network, vendors can: obtain sales and inventory information, help replenish stock faster with your permission, invoice/bill for sold memo inventory, and stock-balance non-performing items in a proactive manner.
This service is free of charge for retailers and enables you to work collaboratively with vendors by allowing them to gain valuable insight into what is selling and proactively help you manage non-performing inventory. Vendors have been kept largely in the dark regarding sell-through – they have no idea what inventory is sitting in your stores that is not performing. For participating, Retailers are eligible to receive a free Daily Sales Report from Balance to Buy!
